Armenia’s Ministry of Health reports that in the first six months of 2015 its emergency hot line received 7,488 calls, up 22.2% over the same period last year.

Complaints (2.1% of all calls received) resulted in launching five administrative inquiries and seven individuals were reprimanded. Two were fired from their jobs.
