Armenia's First Deputy Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan today met with representatives of the OSCE Office in Yerevan and personally congratulated Lilian Salaru, who has served as the Office’s Politico-Military Officer, for his new appointment at the OSCE’s Secretariat in Vienna.

Tonoyan thanked Salaru for his contributions towards strengthening human rights within the Armenian military and awarded the outgoing officer with the ministry’s military cooperation medal.
