Arpineh Hovhannisyan Appointed Armenia's New Justice Minister
President Serzh Sargsyan today appointed Republican Party MP Arpineh Hovhannisyan as Armenia’s new Minister of Justice.
A graduate of the Yerevan State University Faculty of Law (2004), Ms. Hovhannisyan served as the Advisor to the President of the National Assembly from 2008-2011.
The post of justice minister had been vacant since July 14, when Hovhannes Manoukyan was dismissed by President Sargsyan.
