“New delegates have arrived in Artsakh with us and we hope that they too will participate in implementing future projects,” Marten said.

Village Mayor Samvel Saradjyan said that Vardadzor had experienced a potable water problem for many years and that, “today a vital problem had been solved.”

Artsakh Prime Minister Arayik Haroutyunyan was also present at the opening ceremony.
