The Artsakh Defense Army reports that four of its soldiers were killed by Azerbaijani shelling today at a defensive position in the northeastern part of the country.

The four have been identified as Norayr Khachatryan, Robert Mkrtchyan, Harout Hakobyan and Karen Shahinyan.

An undisclosed number of soldiers are reported to have been injured as well.

Update: All four have been posthumously awarded the Military Service Medal.
