On September 27, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and Ivica Dačić, the OSCE Chairperson in Office, met and discussed the current state of the process to resolve the Karabakh issue.

Ivica Dačić expressed his concerns over the recent escalation of clashes along the Artsakh-Azerbaijan ceasefire line.

Minister Nalbandian said that despite the numerous calls of the OSCE Minsk Group, Baku refuses t give up on its destabilizing provocations.
