A group of Armenian doctors and medical specialists from the United States will arrive in Armenia on October 5 to spend two weeks consulting with their counterparts in Armenia and to perform joint medical services.

The physicians will work in the provinces of Ararat, Aragatzotn, Kotayk, Shirak and Lori as past of an overall push to raise the level of medical services outside Yerevan.

The group will also be bringing equipment and medicines that will be used in regional medical establishments after they leave.
