By a vote of 104 to 10, Armenia’s National Assembly passed a bill on making changes to the constitution.

Three legislators abstained from voting.

After the vote HAK(Armenian National Congress) MPs Aram Manoukyan and Levon Zourabyan, and Heritage Party MP Zarouhie Postanjyan attempted to make a declaration in the chamber but were silenced by the speaker.
