The Artsakh Ministry of Defense reports that on October 6 and 7, Azerbaijani forces mainly used small arms weapons, in contrast to those used in previous days, to violate the Line of Contact ceasefire.

Azerbaijani troops employed automatic rifles, machine guns, sniper rifles, machine guns and "Istiglal" type   artillery   to fire off 1,900 rounds.

In addition to the ceasefire violations, Azerbaijan was observed flying training flights some 50kilometers from the front-line.
