Strengthening Cooperation: Armenia Signs Documents with Six African Nations

During the 31st session of the Ministerial Conference of the International Organisation of La Francphonie that took place in Yerevan On October 10 and 11, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian signed seven documents with six African countries designed to strengthen ties between them and Armenia.

Armenia and Senegal signed a memorandum of understanding to hold talks between the foreign ministries of the two nations.

Armenia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo signed a protocol to establish diplomatic relations.

Armenia and Madagascar signed a memo on cultural cooperation, and another regarding cooperation between their respective foreign ministries.

Armenia and the Comoro Islands signed a memo on future cooperation between their respective foreign ministries.

Armenia and Togo signed a similar memo.

Armenia and the Ivory Coast signed a memorandum of understanding regarding holding bilateral political consultations.
