Armenia’s Central Electoral Commission has set up 1,997 polling precincts for the December 6 referendum on changes to the country’s constitution.

Citizens of Armenia residing overseas will not be able to cast a vote in the referendum.

Only those serving diplomatically and their families will be afforded such an opportunity via the internet.
