Six out of 21 samples of imported and domestic poultry from Yerevan’s SAS, Yerevan City, Parma, Krpak, and Nor Zovk supermarkets randomly tested by the Food Safety Service (FSS) (Ministry of Agriculture) were found to contain health violations.

The brands found to be in violation of salmonella and other bacterial standards were processed by: Noubarashen Poultry Factory, Saradov Poultry Factory, Kournikov Ltd., Andrei Renter Ltd., and AgroTekInvest Ltd.

The FSS has removed said poultry from the shelves.
