On December 6, Artsakh Minister of Foreign Affairs Karen Mirzoyan left for the USA on a working visit.

As part of the visit, Karen Mirzoyan will deliver a speech at a traditional event dedicated to the independence of Artsakh in the U.S. Congress. He will also have a range of meetings with representatives of the Armenian organizations and U.S. Congressmen.
