Azerbaijani Sniper Fire Kills One Artsakh Soldier
Garik Avanesyan (born 1991), a soldier serving on the Artsakh frontline, was killed by Azerbaijani sniper fire on December 8, this according to the Artsakh Ministry of Defense.
The soldier was identified as born 1991.
The Artsakh Defense Army also reports that, for the first time, Azerbaijan’s military used tanks and missile launchers to shell its positions along the southern line of contact.
The ADA reports that Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire more than 180 times yesterday and last night firing some 1,500 rounds of small arms and grenade launchers.
