If a educational facility has been accredited the status of a university and graduates are awarded a degree signed by 3 people namely a chancellor, vice-chancellor, and registrar, the degree should be and is recognised in any country throughout the world. Graduates with such qualification must be recognised regardless whether to countries sign such an agreement or not. Thank you for the article and your time.
