Demanding the release of political prisoners in Armenia, 13 protesters cuffed their hands to the gates surrounding the parliament earlier today. The police called on the protesters to untie themselves and express the demand in another fashion. After the protesters refused, arguing that they couldn’t release the cuffs, police moved in and snipped the plastic cuffs and detained all 13 individuals.
