Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan today met with Andrzej Kasprzyk, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office in Stepanakert.

The two discussed a number of issues related to the situation on the Line of Contact separating Artsakh and Azerbaijani military forces, this according to Sahakyan’s press office.
