Artsakh Defense Army soldier Hovhannes Haroutyunyan, was killed yesterday, allegedly from incorrect weapons use according to the country’s defense ministry.

The incident occurred when Haroutyunyan was on patrol at a military base in the south of Artsakh.

The ministry reports that an investigation has been launched.
