Armenian Police report they have arrested two men suspected of murdering Karen Vardanyan who went missing on March 17 after leaving his Yerevan apartment for a one-week business trip to the UAE.

Police arrested Artur Mihranyan and Gevorg Zohrabyan late last night in Yerevan and claim that the two bludgeoned Vardan to death and then buried his body in a garage.

Karen Vardanyan, 34, worked as a specialist at the Union of Informed Citizens NGO.

An investigation is underway.
