During a hastily convened session of the Artsakh Security Council, Artsakh Minister of Defense declared that the Artsakh Defense Army had repulsed all Azerbaijani military actions along the border and had inflicted huge losses on Azerbaijani military units.

Last night and earlier today, Azerbaijani launched a military offensive, using tanks, missiles and air power, up and down the Artsakh Line of Contact.

At the council session, Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan issues specific instructions to the country’s armed forces to maintain the integrity of the country’s borders and to preserve the nation’s security.
