At a press conference today in Stepanakert, the capital of Artsakh, Colonel Viktor Aroustamyan of the Artsakh Defense Army, stated that as of 11a.m. today (local time) 20 Armenian soldiers had died in fighting with Azerbaijani forces since the early morning of April 2.

72 soldiers have been wounded and 16 are missing in action, according to the ministry spokesman.

Colonel Aroustamyan put the number of Azerbaijani military personnel killed at more than 300.

He said that 18 Azerbaijani tanks, 6 drones and 2 helicopters had been destroyed.

Aroustamyan added that Azerbaijani forces still control 5 military outposts in the south and 3 in the north they had captured earlier.
