The following video, shot one hour after the April 5 cessation of hostilities declaration, shows the result of fighting in the Artsakh communities of Mataghis and Talish in the northern district of Martakert.

For our non-Armenian speakers, the solider says that if Aliyev tries to attack again, the Artsakh armed forces will capture Kirovabad and then Baku. The old man, appears to be the only one left in Talish, and the soldiers are trying to convince him to see a doctor.
