According to a statement released by the Artsakh Ministry of Defense, Azerbaijan continues to violate the cessation of hostilities agreement declared on April 5.

The ministry reports that violations are most severe in the northern area of Talish, and that Hrach Mouradyan, an Armenian soldier, was killed as a result. An unspecified number of Armenian soldiers were also wounded.

The ministry also reports the death of another soldier, Gevorg Mghdesyan, from a gunshot in as yet unknown circumstances. An investigation of the incident is underway.
