Armenian Foreign Minister Off to Beijing to Sign SCO Deal

Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian leaves for Beijing tomorrow on a two-day visit during which he’s scheduled to sign a memo making Armenia a Dialog Partner of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

The SCO, founded in 2001, is a Eurasian political, economic and military organization.
