The Artsakh Defense Ministry reports that Azerbaijan has started to amass weapons and troops along sectors of the frontline.

The ministry says it is following such deployments and is ready to take preventive measures if needed.

The ministry says that there are currently no violations of the cessation of hostilities declaration.
