Anoush Ohanyan, whose husband, 25-year-old Senior Lieutenant Hrach Galstyan was killed on April 3 during the fighting along the Artsakh Line of Contact, has given birth to their first child, a daughter.

Anahit Galstyan, Hrach’s mother, told Hetq by phone that Anoush gave birth at the Akhouryan Mother and Child Hospital.

As Hrach had wished, the girl will be named Anahit.

P.S. Samvel Karapetyan, who owns the Electric Networks of Armenia company, has gifted a one room apartment to Anoush Ohanyan. The apartment is just 200 meters from the home of Hrach Galstyan’s parents in Gyumri.
