The Artsakh Ministry of Defense reports that Hovhannes Poghosyan, a soldier in the Artsakh Defense Army serving at a frontline base in the northern area, was severely wounded yesterday as a result of Azerbaijani gunfire.

The ministry reports that Azerbaijan has, of late, intensified its violations of the cessation of hostilities agreement.
