Khachadour Haroutyunyan, a soldier serving in the Artsakh Defense Army, was killed around 1 a.m. today as a result of Azerbaijani military fire, this according to the MKR Ministry of Defense.

The ministry reports that Azerbaijan military forces continue to violate the ceasefire despite that fact that in Vienna, at a meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs and the Armenian President Sargsyan, Azerbaijani President Aliyev has reiterated his commitment to the ceasefire and a peaceful resolution of the Karabakh conflict.
