Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan talked about Azerbaijani human rights violations carried out by Azerbaijani military forces at a meeting yesterday with Council of Europe's Commissioner for Human Rights Nils Muižnieks in Strasbourg.

Tatoyan argued that such incidents are the consequences of Baku’s anti-Armenian policies and stressed the importance of the NKR’s participation in any international investigation of such incidents given that Azerbaijani aggression was directed at the peaceful populace of the NKR.
