Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan today handed the keys to a new apartment allocated to the family of Grigor Haroutyunyan, a conscript soldier killed on the Karabakh frontline in early April.

After the ceremony, Mayor Margaryan and members of the family visited the apartment.
