Delegations led by Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan and Russian Minister of Transport Maxim Sokolov met in St. Petersburg for the 17th session of Armenia-Russia Intergovernmental Economic Cooperation Commission.

Abrahamyan and Sokolov also met privately and discussed a number of issues related to the Armenian-Russian cooperation agenda.

The two stressed the importance of ongoing measures to deepen Armenian-Russian commercial ties and to spur trade.
