Artsakh: One Armenian Soldier Killed, Another Wounded

Azerbaijani gunfire killed Artsakh Defense Army (ADA) serviceman Arsen Arakelyan earlier today while on patrol at a military unit in the southeast of the country, this according to the NKR Ministry of Defense.  

Mher Chiloyan, another ADA serviceman was injured just after midnight by Azerbaijani gunfire while on patrol at a unit in the east of the country.
