Alek Yenikomshian, a member of the opposition Founding Parliament detained by Yerevan police yesterday, was subsequently arrested and is being held at a National Security Service detention center.

Yenikomshian has been one of the main speakers at rallies in Yerevan in the wake of the July 17 seizure of a police building.
