Artsakh Defense Army soldier Gevorg Haroutyunyan was killed yesterday when a mine exploded while he was on patrol duty at an eastern military base, this according to the NKR Ministry of Defense.

An investigation into the incident has been launched.

The ministry reports that Azerbaijani forces violated the ceasefire 31 times last night firing some 350 rounds of small arms.
