The 12th annual Hayastan All-Armenian Fund's European  Phonathon has raised over 1.3 million Euros in donations and pledges.

The Telethon took place from November 17-20 from its headquarters in France where 700 volunteers took turns calling some 60,000 Armenian families for donations.

The bulk of the funds will be allocated to water distribution projects in Artsakh and ten rural communities in Armenia’s Tavoush region.

Some 24,000 Euros, donated by Swiss-Armenians, will go towards the renovation of Yerevan Tchaikovsky Music School.

81,360 Euros raised in Germany will be spent on renovating the Gyumri Orphange.

35,000 Euros were donated by Armenians in Greece and will assist the orphanage in Vanadzor.

Over the 12 years, the European Phonathon has raised over 9.9 million Euros.
