Today, on the 25th anniversary of Artsakh’s independence, NKR Defense Minister Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan met with relatives of soldiers killed during April clashes along Karabakh-Azerbaijan Line of Contact.

Mnatsakanyan thanked the families for their sacrifice in defense of the country and said the bravery of their loved ones would serve as a shining example for generations to come.
