Jewish Extremists Arrested for Disrupting Armenian Church Singers in Jerusalem
Two far-right Jewish activists were arrested on September 22 for disrupting the performance of an Armenian church choir at the Clal Center mall in Jerusalem, this according to The Times of Israel.
The paper reports that Bentzi Gopstein, head of the Lehava organization, led a bunch of his followers to gatecrash the performance by the choir of the Jerusalem Armenian church.
The paper writes: “According to Haaretz, the protesters began shouting during the performance by the choir, reportedly yelling “Jew murderers!” and “Go back to Syria.” The disruption forced the choir to end their performance after just one song.”
Gopstein and another protester were arrested after they refused to obey police orders to cease and desist.
