Armenia’s First Deputy Minister of Defense Tavit Tonoyan (photo) discused the current situation along the Karabakh Line of Contact with Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.

Tonoyan told Kasprzyk that Artsakh soldier Sevak Khachatryan was killed yesterday by Azerbaijani fire.

Tonoyan said that such ceasefire violations were unacceptable.

Kasprzyk expressed his concerns over the incident and the subsequent loss of life, promising to take steps to prevent instability in future.
