Today, in Stepanakert, Artsakh Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan hosted a delegation led by his counterpart in Armenia, Karen Karapetyan.

Representatives of the two governments first paid their respects at the war memorial in the Artsakh capital and then got down to business, discussing the directions and problems regarding cooperation between the executive branches of the two countries.

Harutyunyan congratulated Karapetyan for being awarded the Mesrop Mashtots medal by NKR President Bako Sahakyan.
