Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with Ian Liddell-Grainger. Head of the PACE European Conservatives Group, in Yerevan on November 21.

The European Conservatives Group (EC) is a conservative group in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE.

Sargsyan highlighted the importance of dialogue with PACE, as well as with the political groups and fractions represented in the organization, particularly with the European Conservatives political family.

Underscoring that the European Conservatives Group along with the European People’s Party, which Armenia’s ruling Party – the Republican Party of Armenia is a member– are rather influential forces at PACE, Ian Liddell-Grainger stressed the importance of continuous and active cooperation with Armenia within the contours of PACE.
