Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan has discussed changes to the country’s constitution with representatives of the local Armenian Revolutionary Federation and Azat Hayreinik political parties.

Sahakyan deemed yesterday’s and today’s talks substantive and objective, according to the presidential website.
