Soldier Killed in Artsakh; Circumstances Unknown

Albert Postolokyan, a soldier serving in the Artsakh Defense Army was killed in as yet unspecified circumstances early this morning at a unit near Martakert, this according to the NKR Ministry of Defense.

The ministry has launched an investigation into the incident
