Gegham Manoukyan, a contract solider serving in the Artskah Defense Army, was killed earlier today by Azerbaijani fire, this according to the NKR Ministry of Defense.

The ministry says that Manoukyan was attached to a military base in the north of Artsakh.

An investigation into the incident has been launched.
