The Artsakh Defense Ministry Press Service today rejected claims by Azerbaijan that its forces had destroyed an Artsakh military headquarters near Martouni and had halted an attempt by Artsakh forces to cross the border into Azerbaijan near Martakert.

The Artsakh Ministry of Defense says that it is never the aggressor and that it will deal a “crushing blow” to any Azerbaijani intrigue.
