2.564 Million Registered to Vote in Armenia's Parliamentary Election
According to Armenia’s Police, as of today, there are 2,564,795 individuals registered to vote in the April 2 parliamentary election.

How is this possible? 2.5 mil registered voters. That 2.5 mil adult over age of 18 living in armenia?
I thought Armenia population is 2mil and Armenians in diaspora not allowed to vote. STRANGE, may be not in armenia
