Siranoush Manoucharyan, an election proxy for the Congress-HZhK alliance at Yerevan’s 9/07 polling precinct, has told Hetq that she has seen individuals registered in Vanadzor, Gyumri and the provinces of Gegharkounik and Armavir voting at her precinct.

Manoucharyan says that many individuals have been casting ballots there on supplementary voter rolls.

The number of “supplemental” voters at the precinct is 500.
