Georgian Foreign Minister Congratulates Karapetyan for Conducting "First-Class" Parliamentary Election
Armenian Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan today in Yerevan met with a delegation led by Georgian Minister of Foreign Affairs Mikheil Janelidze, stating that the two friendly neighbors needed to deepen business ties and expand cooperation in the tourism and IT sectors.
Mikheil Janelidze said that Georgia welcomes Karapetyan’s approach for Yerevan and Tiflis to move forward based on specific programs with measurable results.
The Georgian foreign minister also praised Karapetyan and his government for organizing and conducting a first-class parliamentary election on April 2 and conveyed the congratulations of Georgia’s prime minister for the victory of the Republican Party of Armenia.
