Lokyan Reappointed Minister of Territorial Administration and Development

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan today reappointed Davit Lokyan as the country’s Minister of Territorial Administration and Development.

A member of the ARF, Lokyan has served as Armenia’s Minister of Urban Development (2110-2003) and Minister of Agriculture (2003-2008).
