Yesterday, Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan led a group of his staffers to the Tavoush border villages of Baghanis, Voskevan, Voskepar and Koti on a fact finding mission on Azerbaijani shelling of civilian settlements.

The fact finding group spoke with community leaders and residents, and inspected homes hit by Azerbaijani fire.

The group’s findings will be published and presented to various international organizations.
