Artsakh National Assembly President Ashot Ghoulyan today received Baroness Caroline Cox, a member of the British House of Lords, and a delegation from the Humanitarian Assistance Foundation.

Baroness Cox, visiting Artsakh for the 86th time, wanted to know more about the new Artsakh constitution and the clauses related to state governance and human rights.
